theres many more private housing estates without a bus service
in it.. like Seletar Hills, Thomson, Bt Timah, East Coast etc
317.. partly because of the community centre (moved elsewhere),
Serangoon Garden Technical School (closed down), the Tennis Centre,
and some special needs home (Cheshire Home, Ling Kwang Home) and
the Seranggon Garden Country Club.. if not, i daresay the service
isnt really useful.. theres so few passengers most opf the day, and
is mostly dominated by students..

even my relative chose driving/ taxi or walking rather than waiting
