erect a bus-stop outside the departure hall and divert them to
bypass the departure hall
frankly speaking, it's high time the basement bus terminal gets
demolished and a new surface terminal be built,
everyday commuters are dangerously crossing the bus parks in the
basement terminals
i also find it stupid that the no.1 airport in the world cannot
accomodate double-deckered buses,
they should at least go look at hong kong international airport
