^tamago^ SG no. take train from SIN to KUL is suicide, take train from JHB to KUL is not so bad, but still the cheapest fare is still more expensive than bus and takes longer. From Singapore by train: RM78.20 (S$34) From Johor Customs by train: RM33.00 From Larkin by bus: RM25.00
^tamago^ SG regarding ur question, i have the same to say too. there are many many buses from Larkin to KL Puduraya, and many too from Pudu to Genting. but direct buses are quite unheard of, but likely u wan to try ur luck at Merlin Tower opposite JB railway station near City Square, or simply take from Singapore.

^tamago^ SG yeah, take from singapore they count in singapore dollars. by the way, there's a typo, it's S$34 from SIN to KL Sentral by train not bus. anyway i'd choose to fly. airasia will cost u about S$40-S$60 per way, airport coaches would be RM8 (senai) and RM9 (KL). but there is only one daily flight in the morning now.
Phoebie SG icic actually one thing I dislike about travelling via road on long journeys is because sometimes there might be traffic jams, sit until backside pain, and have to maybe line up in long queues at the checkpoints keke
