on svc 242 / 179 today , explain that 
but naturally , the explanation would be that , BBDEP has alot of
SP vo3x as most of the B9TLs replaced the Vo3X on svc 147 / 196 ,
so it has SP to give away , so when Lo3x retire , Vo3x take over in
slbp
