its an act of prudence...
because when circle line opens, there will be many extra buses due
to rationalisation.... these "extra buses" will takeover the mk2
and Scanias in the next few years.
If the Scanias and mk2 had been scrapped this year, there will be a
severe shortage of buses, and if new ones were purchased, after
about 5 years when CCL opens, there will be over-supply of
buses..
