go to jail because ultimately, they are responsible for the
company."
they WILL blame the idiots who sold them the accursed taptap card
thing.. however, if they do not conduct their own due diligence and
test the accursed thing properly, whose fault is it?
i would say that if every 1 out of 30 people are cheated like you
of 10c or 20c, and there are about a couple of million trips a day,
that'll be close to $10,000 stolen by the bus companies a day from
unsuspecting passengers..
and they KNOW that almost no one bothers to check and fewer bother
to claim when it is wrong..
it all stinks worse than month-old fish...
okay you bus nuts! go do your *@&%!! 
p.s. btw, this is not the first time % like this has happened..
for the same bus ride, my card was deducted different amounts
before.. a difference of 10c, so i didn't bother...
