Whatever Mr. Singh was so fed-up with, it was wrong of him to
throw insults at the passengers. And its not right of him to give
such a lame excuse that drivers are throwing in the towel because
theyre annoyed with our complaints. In first place, if their
service had been satisfactory, we wouldnt have voiced anything
negative. In fact, if it had been exceptionally good, wed have
even heaped praises on CW3 and its fame would have spread far and
wide.
I know when he said, Sebab kamu tak faham masalah kami.., he
meant that many a times delay of buses is caused by events beyond
their control like a massive traffic jam at the start of Tmn
Perling, the bus broke down or had a tyre punctured, driver on MC,
driver have to buka puasa, etc. etc. But thats THEIR PROBLEM
the
management staff who run this business
werent they taught in
business school about Murphys Law which says If anything can go
wrong, it will.? These sort of problems are nothing new. In fact,
the solutions should have been there even before the problem
starts. The management should have come out with a better SOP
(Standard Operational Procedure) in tackling all these foreseen
hiccups.
Yesterday, the bus we boarded from JE was also the same bus that
drove us back to Bkt Indah-Tmn Perling but the driver said hed
drove up to Perling Mall only, then make a loop back to Gelang
Patah. Yup, that should be it! That should be the way to do
things... Thumbs up for that! Cmon, if they already know full well
theres gonna be a heavy jam coming in to Tmn Perling from Bandar
during the peak hour, then they should station one CW3 at Perling
Mall beforehand. I dont see any harm or disadvantage in that
In
fact, its better that during peak hour they shorten the route for
CW3, make it Perling Mall-Gelang Patah loop service.
And if knowing full well that buses may break down, then HI should
ensure regular maintenance of its fleet. Its just like the
airplane. You cant afford to have it break down when its already
up there in the sky, right?
What I cannot tolerate is when Mr.
Singh said Ini bukan salah kami dan bukan salah office
ini semua
pasal kamu banyak sangat complain
With this kind of attitude,
Patutlah pekerja and syarikat masih mundur
If Mr. Singh felt sandwiched between the management and the
passengers, then there should be a better way to handle the
pressure rather than throw it the people whos paying his salary.
Since our 3 dollar is peanut to him, then he should quit and go
drive his taxi full-time!
