photo_seeker SG Due to hygience, or whatsoever reason, I don't think MOH will even permit the sales. I think if you were to eat one that you caught yourself, 99.99% get food poisoning because chances are the insect already contain some insecticide already.
saline SG ya... where have u been? lots of people in the world eat insects... to us, it may seem yucky, but to them is is perfectly alright. diff in culture.. i've tried scorpions when i was in thailand.. not bad.
Wanda SG Yes indeed. In poorer countries, e.g. parts of Africa, insects and worms are an important source of protein. It's a fact, although I don't eat them.
