I thought they werent supposed to as commuters can use the promo
guides to use it for the promotion instead of the 1 cent
tickets?
(I have experience of BCs on 59 printing tickets from the range of
10 cent, 30 cent, 45 cent and 90 cent to replace the 1 cent ones
and some BC may take longer time to print the ticket and hence
causing the bus to slow down)
