at woodlands, the buses just do the basic things that u see with
other services - arrive, park, break, depart.
at bedok or hougang (for 161), all the buses go thru a refuelling
stage throughout the afternoon. they can be as early at 1pm or as
late as 4pm. when that happens, freq of 168 as i observed is
15-18min?!
i peeked at a timesheet once and saw that it takes about 30min for
the bus to arrive at bedok with pax, OFF to bndep for refuel and
back to to Bedok for break, and then depart bedok with pax.
