Howdy guys!

As a slightly more passive and neutral voice here (and one of those calling for a clean up of this forum, or its closure), I would like to add that even if we were once kids, we never behaved the way the "kids" on this forum have. We did not steal, nor deface a public structure, nor did we even think about defaming any operators in public. We also did not engage in any activities which would tarnish our hobby. My suggestion is that every one of you take a look at yourselves in the mirror and ask yourself if you have done something to benefit this hobby. Because, clearly, I cannot see many of the kids even contributing one iota or constructive information. How I know this? I am the administrator of a number of forums and closed membership groups, and I will do my utmost to keep as many of you out of these groups as my powers allow me. Remember a certain Mike DTS? Where has he gone now? To the closed membership forums. Why? Because of you! Think about it. Your actions may even be to your own detriment.

Now for my feedback...

1. The ownership of the forum be handed over to an actual bus enthusiast (read, nothing personal).

2. Any posts which even closely resemble incitement to flaming to be deleted ASAP

3. All posts by known clones to be deleted as soon as they appear.

4. All non-enthusiast posts to be deleted.

7) sbs&tibs - SBS9226H

i am quoting myself.. theres wrong with multiple ids? yes, and maybe no.. and if kok pern is kind enough to tell you the clones, no harm, then m sure he will be willing to let me announce something as well.. i will make it public in due course.. do not worry.

and yes.. some ppl are here to wreck this forum.. no doubt..do u think you are very childish to be announcing all these? you must be those ppl who like to sabotage ppl to the authorities in physical form.

Airbus330Captain SG

Thank you very much for that.

So you are saying I am not a bus enthusiast ? Suit yourself.

You and Zilchster's comments haven't impressed me much.

Airbus330Captain SG

Zilchster :

Yes , I admit I say those things but after thinking about what has been said and done , I will not leave my post because of what you guys have just said . I said to give it a 2 weeks period and I feel that the forum is not as you guys thought. Like I said , this forum is all about the contributers not about the owner or so whatever.

So take this as my last words. I will not be stepping down. Whoever is not happy, go and suck thumb. I don't care about what you guys think. Period.

This discussion has ended.

SBS3572Y SG

no people, no contributions, no forum.

Airbus330Captain SG

Zilchster and Windy and whoever is against me :

If you can't agree with what I have just say... say no more. We go on seperate ways . Simple as that.

No more discussions of this .

Thanks.

If they keep pester on, what we need to do is to show them that WE ARE NOT KIDDIE AND WE ARE ABLE TO DO IT, maybe even better than them. Instead of wasting our energy having to debate with them, why dont we save our energy and improve this forum?

To us, the blacklisted people (a suggestion only).

SBS9818A SG

Charles, your failure to honour your agreement with us clearly shows you are not a gentleman who honours his word. Do you expect anyone to respect you for reneging on your deal with us? Two weeks is up, and remember, we reserve the right to make judgement about the state of this forum in a fair and objective way, not you.

SBS9818A SG

Clearly you have a blatant disregard for our comments. You ask for our constructive comments, we dish it out to you only for you to push it to one corner. So much for encouraging feedback. Perhaps you only hear WHAT you WANT to hear.

Heil Hitler!

Well, the issue of SGForums has been discussed in private since a few months back. And to a certain extent, probably more than one year ago! We have been trying to settle this matter as amicably as possible in privately. There was room for negotiation and discussion. Suggestions have been given. Unfortunately, AirbusA330Captain left us no room for negotiation or discussion. Hence, this is why I had to bring the matter to the attention of the people here. That's all.

As for whether I like to sabotage people to the authorities in physical form, I would no comment on that. You are entitled to whatever you think.

Airbus330Captain SG

Sorry SBS9818A

After that episode , why should I listen to you ? Respect ? I dont need your respect , please. Don't bother me , I be very grateful for that.

I have already reason out why this forum will continue and besides what has this forum got to do with you guys ? Does this forum affect you so badly ? The kids reputation ruining your lives ?

Agreement ? I agreed only if things didn't improve after 2 weeks ! I have hope for these kids.

So you guys asking me to give up this forum , do you think it's easier say then done ? Reason me on msn and if I am convinved , I will step down. If the kids thiinks I am a lousy moderator , I will step down too.

This is off topic but is meant for Zlichster: (NO OFFENCE) regarding his disclaimer:

The Singapore MRT/LRT forum has NOT and did NOT affect or intersect with any of the Singapore Buses. I DO NOT SEE YOUR REASON FOR DOING ALL THESE. We, as the moderators of MRT/LRT forum, has NEVER did anything(other than medicheng's terrorist stuff) to obstruct any of the operation of any forum. I know that all the while, you have been in no favour of the MRT/LRT forum. But you need not do these actions and if you want to do something like this, why dont you also target at other transport forums? This is only your opinions and i do not see why all these actions are required. You have even voiced your dislike about the MRT/LRT forum in your signature which you did not show now.

The main purpose of my post is only to question why especially the moderators of the MRT/LRT forum are being disregarded by you. I have been patient for quite long. If you feel that the MRT/LRT forum should be taken moderatorship by people from the other forum, i will open the slots. NO NEED FOR FORUM OR PERSONAL ATTACK.

SBS9818A SG

Yes, you're not deserving of anyone's respect, I must admit. Have you ever thought about how their actions on a PUBLIC DOMAIN can compromise our reputation in the eyes of the public? Things ARE NOT as simple as they seem. Your narrow-mindedness to this whole issue clearly shows you are DISINTERESTED in the affairs of the forum and the effect they have on others! If the world was so simple there would be no wars, no arguments, no nothing.

Moreover, you have already agreed IN PRINCIPLE to step down after the two weeks should we find the forum dissatisfactory. Reneging on your part of the deal clearly shows your character, really.

TIB1133B SG

If you think running away will solve your problems, so be it. After all, you won't be the first. After all, Icyprincess closed her Song Requests forum and moved it to another server. However, her problems were far worse than yours. I shall not comment further on that.

Take care and all the best in your future endeavours.

Iveco, quit trying to suck up.

REGARDING THIS ISSUE

I feel that this kind of disagreements should. As all of you can see, the public can see what we bus enthusiasts post here, even the bus companies. Wont our image be more tarnished if this kind of issues were posted here? What will they think of us?

I dont wish for personal attack or any disputes that come up regarding this. This is only a suggestion.
