I wonder which bus has served on a particular svc for the longest period of time?

I am aware that most LO3X on 072 have been perm for a long time. 9045M, 9054L........
But what I am sure of is 9199C has been perm on 072 till now since 1997, which makes it the most faithful bus I have known. Was taken from svc 166 to 072 in 1997, which was 8 yrs ago. Shocked

Sorry to tell you that 9199C was first with svc 21 for 3 years before the bus went over to svc 72 in 2001 or 2002, not 1997.

Most faithful ? How about some of the LO 3 axles on svc 143? They have been on the service since day 1.

Take note. SBS 9199C and SBS 9177P are both on service 168 now, formerly on service 72. They replace VSOs SBS 9821P and SBS 9846T.

I should say 3641 is the most faithful bus in PSR N2. It replaced the B57s on 352 back in Dec 1995, remained with 357 fleet when 352 & 356 merged, and was retained by svc 3 following the integration of 294 & 357. Along the way, it became a CAC bus.

During the period when SV159 use Volvo MK4, i think SBS510 was still with SV159. Only a few MK 4 DM were on the fleet then

Only know some faithful buses in 147.
SBS 9216, 9290, 9291, 9427, 9539.
I remember seeing these buses plying on bus 147 since I was sec 1.
