buses in singapore have speed limiter devices tied to the pedal
to limit the speed to 60kph.
of cos there are a select few tat do not have tis and when they are
on the expressway, they can cheong as high as 100-110kph. tat's
airport to yishun mrt in 20mins on svc 858 (the last bus last time,
not now).
also, the speed limited, assuming not tampered with, may be faulty
in a sense that the speed limit is effectively a few kph higher
than 60kph, going as high as 75kph.
