xfool SG esp in the early morning with the cool bleeze blowing at ur face which is much better than any air-con. It would be a good idea to use back those non air-con buses to cut down costs,time to use would be from early morning up to 8 am and from 8 pm onwards to the last bus at midnight.

i_love_blacky SG NAC buses cheaper…the bus fare cheaper by like $0.25. agree that perhaps we can keep some old buses to cut cost during the night, and more importantly, they serve as a living museum of our buses…a Uniquely Singapore’s transport heritage, just like the London’s double decker buses

tranquilice SG Are there any NAC buses still on service 92? Services 37, 112, 113, 291, 354 and 403 also have NAC buses. Not sure about service 293. I had not seen NAC buses (MK2) on service 79 for a long time, majority of its fleet currently are Merc O405s.
^tamago^ SG i didn't include them (except 354 which is missed out) cos i have not seen AC buses on them for a long time even though they are listed as NAC. 37 usually have AC buses running sometimes. i take 113 at least a week and have not even spotted a NAC bus. all are Mk II CAC's and Mk III's. after 10x and 11x services got x-ferred to hgdep, there are much less NAC buses on these routes. thus, not including them is a safer option for ppl hoping to pong NAC buses. as for 293, it does have but it's usually the exception case.
vIn.Warrior SG service 93 has rather many non-aircon bus too. mostly are those non-aircon double decks.
