Radio on SMRT Buses.. Any ideas?

TIB 849B ( 857 WLDEP ) and TIB 851T ( 857 WLDEP ) have speakers installed in the interior. And if my memory didn't fail me, they never were operated by CSS. Explain that?

CSS NEVER had radio in their bus fleet. it was tibs. Tibs took a few buses for trial but the radio thing was unsuccessful. The buses which had the radio had class 95 broadcasted. the buses with radio had distinctive class 95 ads

And the driver normally turns on the radio during peak hours.

There were Hispano DAFs with Power 98 ads. Did they have any radio installed? If I'm not wrong, those buses were from 605. Are they still rotting away at Geylang Fringe these days?

I think SBST and SMRTBUS should seriously consider remove all TVMOBILE and Info-flashing LED panel and lower the fares.

if i'm not wrong, tvmobile is not funded by sbst but mediacorp...so u dun pay for tvmobile thru ur fares...dun worry abt the free entertainment tt u receive...

Do You kNOW that itz not SBST who pays MEdiaCrop ?? its THE OTHER WAY ROUND.. It is MediaCrop WHO PAYS SBST....

Whose idea is it to install TVM on SBST buses? Is it SBST ask MediaCorp to install or MediaCorp ask SBST for approval to install?
