Launched on 26 October 2004, this is the first time that SMRT is
organising a nationwide promotion to encourage and reward commuters
who choose to travel with SMRT. From 26 October 2004 to 11 April
2005, commuters who make adult-fare trips on SMRT trains, Bukit
Panjang Light Rail and SMRT buses will have the numbers on their
ez-link cards automatically entered into the RFC Promotions 11
fortnightly mini-draws and the Grand Draw.
Attractive prizes await lucky winners. Commuters stand to win
88-days of free travel on SMRT trains, light rail and buses in the
fortnightly draws. The top winner of the Grand Draw will drive home
a brand-new Nissan March, while eight consolation prize winners
will each enjoy one-year of free travel on SMRT trains, light rail
and buses.
This unique promotion reaches out to 4 million people in Singapore
across our network of trains and buses. Its designed to encourage
commuters to travel with us, and have fun when doing so, said Ms
