At around 5:30pm there was something happening @ Upp Changi
Flyover, the slip road from Upp Changi Rd East towards TPE was
closed and the SCDF and firetrucks were spraying some foam or water
on the road, big jam, my Sv 2 ride took about 1h instead of
20min.
Poor folks on Sv 37, squashed in a NAC Scania. I think the bus made
a u-turn at Mariam Way and probably used Old Tampines Rd instead of
TPE.
