Incredibly ugly.
The engineers seem to have modified the gearbox on a significant
number of ZF based 0405Gs, the effect is a "swing" during the first
gear.
I suspect gearbox damage on TIB 1112L-1114G and 1169Z. Quite
shocking for 1169Z because it is a relatively new bus.
Usual symptoms are retarded switching of gears, and the whole bus
just seem slower.
Why do ZF gearboxes get this problem, when the Voiths don't?
