I have to agrre with the above. Drivers are penalised if they
arrive at the destination too early. That's why they slow down to
kill time. I experince this most on sv. 30 esp at night. From Bedok
to Pasir Panjang, they will chiong. Then when they reach West Coast
or Teban Gdns, they will crawl.
Back to the topic, once on sv 174, the BC stopped the bus somewhere
along Jurong Rd. He opened the door and darted into the bushes!
Everyone was surprised but seemed to understand what he's up to.
After about 5 minutes, he came back, apologised and continued the
journey.
