ANG MO KIO_ RESIDENT SG

Can anyone tell me who is the developer of the new Ang Mo Kio retail mall ?
My Auntie has interest to rent a shop space there, but we do not know how to go about checking for more info.

If I’m not wrong the new mall is by NTUC. The mall will house also the NTUC megamart.
