Well, I have a friend who talked to the drivers in HK. The well-liked buses are the VO , LO and Trient and the unpopular bus is the scania dd bus. Similar problems with the scania n113crb , too shakey and light to handle.

Interesting fact about the LO 3 axles there is that they used Volvo steering wheel !

The N113DRB is not popular in HK ar? No wonder a 20 follow-up was made aft 2 was given to KMB for evaluation...

Even the 0305, they took only 40 aft 1 demostrator... SBS took 200

actually N113 is quite comfortable, the acceleration....i think it's satified
but KMB put around 8-9 N113 to route 98A in 96-00
98A is a "climbing"route since it went through quite a lot of 'slope' roads
it made those AS became less powerrful
and i heard that some AS's chassis hv problem due to "climbing" a lot..........

now route 98A AC bus all use VSO........
those VSo's acceleration in slope..........really no eye c........... Rolling Eyes

in KMB,many drives like Trident E500 the most,and Dennis trident,they also like VO,Dennis Dragon
but they hate driving VSO and Neoplan
for VSO,they think that the acceleration of VSO is low,and it's difficult to accelerate miuch on slanting roads
for Neoplan,it's dificult to control due to the complicated system........
