the renumbering is consistent with the long-term plan of moving
the numbers of SMRTB services that it took over from SBST back into
its 8xx and 9xx numbers. in addition, this service will now be a bt
panjang-based service, originating from bt panjang int. thus, it
will take on the 97x series numbering intended for bt panjang trunk
services.
oic, i tot svc number 175 fit nicely into bukit panjang
interchange containing svc 176, 177, 184, etc...
now 175 has disappeared from the 17x series of SBST/SMRT bus number
