Actually the only partial aircon services controlled by BNDEP
listed above are 6, 35, 37, 229, 354, 403
19 was listed as a PAC service in the 2004 Transitlink guide, but
it is now a FAC service. 3574S was just a cameo on it.
For 291, 292 and 293, there are some daily NAC Scania cameos on
them but they are still regarded as FAC services.
