I think that service 21 needs to change its route.The changes
will be-
As Service 21 is moving striaght to Boon Keng Road From ST
Michael's Road Terminal, it should turn left to serangoon Road and
just as it is approaching Upper Serangoon Road , turn left to
Bendemeer Road , and turn left again to Kallang Bahru.(The same
route as the former Service 20) and back to Upper Boon Keng Road
again, and continue the road to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange. THe
reason is that although kallang Bahru is walking distance to
Serangoon Road, it is still consider prettly far and there is not
service to go ther from serangoon road.(except former Service 20).
So making this ammemdent is neccesary.
