Not that one can't use shoes or whatever that is handy, but
stealing emergency equipment is tantamount to increasing risk to

They are inconsiderate people. Obviously they don't think or
care about other passengers. Else why would they spit, piss in the
bus just before they're alighting?
Bottom line is, THEY DON"T CARE. That's why its so irritating.
These people needs to be slapped on the head.. and face... and
caned.
