i'm not sure, but it is up to the private bus operators to come
up with the 507 route, just as they had done with the defunct 149.
unlike NEL where the private bus operators are not explicitly told
not to ply and hence duplicate the NEL, this time round i can see
507 coming back as a private bus service. the question is, of
course, do they need to apply to PTC to approve its route.
