hmm i duno but i believe she earns commission if you take up the
insurance through her. By the way i work in a car company too, so i
know some stuff about insurance. here are some info:
- Little details like gender, marital status, occupation etc. do
matter when it comes to calculating insurance, males who are
married and have indoor jobs have the lowest insurance premium. if
you have children (who are not driving) even better. Also the older
and more driving exp u have, the cheaper. The more cars u have
owned before, the cheaper.
- it pays to be a safe driver! no claims on insurance within 3
yrs entitles you to a No Claim Discount of up to 50% depending
on your age and driving experience. For NTUC, it pays to stick to
their insurance as they give loyalty discount of 5% to those
who stay for more than 3 yrs. and if u do not have outstanding
traffic offences for 2 yrs, you get an additional 5% safe driver
discount for NTUC, AXA, Liberty and some other participating
companies. Its almost like 60% off ur premium!
- Duno whether you can apply for car insurance yourself, cos if
go thru company, its like they earn commission of 10-20%. quite
high. so yea.
yup tts abt it. well if peifen above can advise you on this and
more, she's not a scam. well for you to judge.
