Yes, I can vouch for it. Demand was extremely good along Upp
Serangoon Rd. I took the bus almost every morning last week during
peak hours from HGN and the bus was filled to the brim. Once, the
upper deck of a DD bus was about 70% filled even before it reached
the bus stop opposite SRJC.
