sbs&tibs SG I noticed that some bus had installed third brake light. Bus that had 3rd brake light installed: 167: 451P 700: 454G, 461K, 463E 857: 448A, 460M 961: 447C, 449Y 963: 452L 970: 456B, 457Z, 458X
TIB744U SG Hey there everyone! Basically... The third brake lights actually indicates that Service 950 is 100% confirmed and would be starting real soon, since vehicles going into Malaysia requires compulsory third brake lights. Me sources tells me future Service 950 service captains had gone to Malaysia for their blood test to get their Class E licences, therefore Maybe, we should compile an entire fleet of buses with third brake lights to determine the number of buses used on Service 950, shall we? ^tamago^ SG moderators, make this a sticky? i do believe the repainting will come pretty soon. and as expected, the oldest O405's are down for Svc 950.
supremebull SG Do a favour for the n00b here who does not live in the North and tell him where the 3rd brake light is located on the bus Could anybody post any pics? A thousand thanks
SBS9818A SG Quite obviously right? It seems JB has become a dumping ground for "older" buses of our bus companies. I presume the Sv. 950 fleet would use only about 30 buses.
ula_man SG Keep a look out for Sv 170 and you can see for yourself how different the bus is from the rear. If you are in the east/west, you might see some on sv 7,16,33,65, 95,96,Clementi feeders too.
SBS9818A SG Sv. 170 buses have their third brake light mounted below the rear window, ie externally, while the TIBS ones are internal.
xin1jun2 SG ok keep updatng the 950 bus spotting lsit here peeps so far we have seen 447 449 451 and 456..more to come i suppose JB merc of TIBS... ZYX
^tamago^ SG dun expect bendies or any of the newer buses on tis service. i suppose tis is wat they call a "junkyard" service.
