The_Bus_Guide SG Didn't 3, 7 & 8 went via Guillemard Rd? Sv. 3 was amended to go past Geylang Lor 1 in 1983. True, all plied Changi Rd. Changi Rd starts at the junction with Joo Chiat Rd. From there to Geylang Lor 1, it is Geylang Rd. Fact: Sims Ave East didn't exist in 1978 and both Changi Rd & Geylang Rd were bi-directional then.
Yusry SG Not sure about 7 and 8. However, service 3 plied Geyland Road and NOT Guillemard Road in 1977. Service 3 also had the honour of being Bedok New Town's first trunk service. 220 was it's first feeder service from Chai Chee terminus.
