Let me clear this out

IMO, West Coast Ferry Terminal is used like PPFT, is for people going to offshore islands. PPFT is for going to Shell Bukom Refinery.

As for 83A, it is the last few trips (If I am not wrong) as such trips ends at Sengkang Int only.

Normally loop services will terminate at the looping point for trips departing after 11pm.

Like svs? For my side at TPY, there is no such thing except for 73, 159 and 163. 90 and 142's last trip still makes a turn back to TPY.

Those services are comparitively shorter. Sv. 55, Sv. 76, Sv. 16 all have short-working trips after 11pm.
