Firstly i don't know weather this forum is for SBS bus only or Trans Island bus also invloved or not. Here comes the unfairness at my area

Dont know why there is bus 502express(SG west - SG east) at jurong west area to orchard is only half an hour time but how come like staying at Bukit Batok west Area dont have a express bus to eastside(e.g tp).. Only know that there is bus express to toa payoh when theres already a bus(157) to go there. I'am living at BB west area.
I'am not really happy about the busline planners Mad

Bukit Batok Bus Interchange(BB center area) got so many direct bus to clementi mrt there but not the west area. Got lah.. one bus(Bus 188 ) from CCK passby the Bt Batok polyclinic to west ave 6 then go to the AYE behind. then still have to walk to the front of the clementi mrt. nbz Mad

after so many years dont know what the hell they doing. *grrr*

Hope there somebody to help me file the complain and ask why of it. Becouse my english is poor & if i complain on the fone, that operator sure to get it from me. Evil or Very Mad

There is Sv 985 to Jln Toa Payoh from Bukit Batok Central. It is faster than 157 as it plies PIE. There is also Sv 506 to Toa Payoh Lor 6 / Bedok Reservoir from Bukit Batok West, but it is more expensive than 985.

Maybe u get a car or take the mrt?!
I think sometimes, these planners take MRT into consideration.
Juz like some years back, they took away some shuttle service in my estate becoz of LRT....

For the record, they gave it back becoz MP wanna win election.

Route planners cant possibly have direct bus to everywhere in singapore right? Hence, making transfers is essential. On top of that, they also take the catchment area into consideration. i.e how many people would take this bus on a daily basis from here to there and for what?

There's alot of things the route planners take into consideration.

If you noticed, there is only one Tibs trunk service along certain stretch of Bt Batok West Ave 3, compared to 3 SBST trunk services.
