service_238 SG Take the train to City Hall and look for directions towards the Supreme Court and Old Parliament House. VCH is next to them. Either that or take the train to Raffles Place and walk across the Cavenagh Bridge. Or take TIBS75 from opposite Clifford Pier for one bus stop
