They must buy new buses! Why aren't they buying? How to introduce the new "950" if no new buses? Tibs is already facing a shortage of buses!

Do you think SMRT will buy new buses?

I think some new bus will come in next year...

I don't think they would wait so long to buy buses. The MB0405G is quite good. Hope they will serve Singapore longer. Very Happy

SMRTBus should buy more MBO405G and also Connecto H if possible... Laughing

I think TIBS needs only about 50 additional buses. No need to begin mass-scale buying.

I was wondering, maybe you all can help me.. where did they buy the buses and who they sell to? And I heard recently that one company is importing parts and manufacturing buses in Singapore... can anyone fill me in?

Bus companies buy buses from manufacturers overseas and choose to body it locally using foreign-bought bodykits, like SBST, while TIBS like their buses CBU.
