The guides looks more corporative and professional. However, it lacks the friendliness and cheerfulness in it.

As for your second question, u need to ask the control office of the various interchanges.

From my point of view, Tibs was a company which will always try their best to make customers happy, or in other words, they "Service with a Smile". SMRT on the other hand will always try to be professional.All they think about is money,money, money...
