With 12 years of experience in public transportation, Roland's
expertise covers the strategic planning of routes as well as
executing operational policies at ground level. He was a key team
member responsible for obtaining the ISO 9001 Certification for SBS
Transit. As their Assistant Director, he is responsible for
customer service delivery and bus service recovery arising from
major disruptions. He holds a Master of Science in Transport from
the Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds.
