Regarding to if Sv 24 shall do a loop at Expo, etc...
IMHO, Sv 24 does not require to do so, since the load for it at
Expo isn't that great. Be it events period or non events periods,
not many people would take it, since the bus stop is a few car
parks away from the Expo Halls. The most events that the halls held
are b/w 4 to 6. They're the nearest to the MRT Station, and hence
more people would prefer to take to MRT to Expo for any events held
over there.
