FYI,My Instructor told me that Scania
CRB buses are prone to catch fire especially
if the parking brake are jammed.Some captains did not realised it
until there was a burning smell.One example is when the parking
brake are jammed,The safety bar(The red button beside the parking
brake)will automatically pop up slowly but to naked eyes,It seems
like nothing happened(pop up)The reasons why many captains still
drove slowly despite the jammed.He also said that nearly 4 Scanias
are scrapped due to this problems.Hopes this will solved the
puzzled as he don’t remember the regos.
