It seems like BBDEP is testing to feasibility of Darts on these 3
services. Maybe they're considering buying more Darts. 
I took a ride on Svc 33 Dart at around 1845 hrs from Outram Pk to
Lavender. The driver seems to be pointing to people to tap at the
ezlink reader as there's only 1 entrance reader on the bus. People
kept thinking that there's 2 readers.. lolz.. Capacity wise, it is
able to cope with the evening peak loads. Throughout my entire
journey, there were almost full seating capacity and no one stood
on the bus. Maybe 33 should get Darts at 7 min freq on
average.
