Service 60, 125, 151 are under-pampered.

Sv 60 is a high demand route(always quite full), yet they deployed many old Mk2 and Mk3. Sv 60 deserves better ones.

Same for Sv 151, it is a route that passes through Chinese High,Ngee Ann Poly, SIM and NUS. They just dumped so many unconditioned Mk 2 on this service. So stuffy for the poor students!Or they dont want to treat the concession-holders too well?

Sv 125, during morning peak, is packed with bulk going to Genting Lane/ Macpherson area. Same , unconditioned mk2 a lotzz. But the rest of the day, not much demand.

I feel that the current number of buses are able to meet the demands except for a few trips. It would be better if 12m buses could facilitate the bendies.

The problem with Sv. 151 is that double-decks cannot be deployed due to problems at NUS roads. So they have no other alternative but to utilize Mk IIs. However, don't forget Sv. 151 also has quite a number of a/c buses.

One more thing to note 151 duplicates 154 for about 75% of 151's route. So if you dont like to take NAC Mk2, There's still a VO 3x or a Merz on 154 Very Happy

154 doesn’t go to NUS… Anyway 151 deserves better buses. They seem to have more non-A/C buses than A/C ones.

They should x-ferry all the NAC buses to SLBP for the JIS services and take some of the Benzes they have there instead Cool

Sv 151 has a fair amount of Mk4 DM3500s though.

Really, those Mk2s should be deployed on JIS services and maybe some of the Benzes there or maybe a few Mk4s can be rotated back to the east Mr. Green

How do u find 962. in the morning there are many 962A(meant 4 RiversideSec b'cos sch upgrading at wlds ) and the buses are not full b4 they move off. the interval 1-4min. Same for 962 bendy. And y there is always a tibs conductor standing there(always taking a pen n writin{like taking down bus arrival time} something-on the hardboard**,there is also a watch on the board)

I believe TIBS are monitoring the bus timings and loads for both services 962 / 962A. They may decrease the buses of 962A and shorten the headway of 962.
