I thought my dear svc 804 is the first one? i remembered it
happened in 1996-1997. First, UDs were replaced with ELBOs. Then,
0405 OACs came in. After that, it was often an equal mix of scania
and 0405 for the air con bussies. However, the main bulk is still
NAC 0405:
