Why do 231 and 235 have full 0405 fleet?

Its because bndep stole our Scanias, quite a lot of them, and I mean more than half of the NAC/CAC fleet

Sorry we take the Scanias and VO3X, moving the LO3X to your side and BBDEP sending Mk IIIs over.
