IMO, they can upgrade the bus stop at TMFT. It is a matter of
whether they want to build a new one or not.
And the Upp Changi Rd bus stop mentioned was used a decade ago for
Service 207. Just like the bus stop at Bedok South Ave 1, which was
previously used before buses were diverted to Bedok South Rd
enroute to New Upp Changi Rd, and Bedok South Ave 2, which used to
'house' Service 220 before it was renumbered to Service 38.
