I did bought a 1985 Bus Guide from Clarke Quay. Although most of
the tenants change every week there are some permanent shops
selling old stuff. This particular shop, where I found the bus
guide, is facing River Valley Rd and it sells all kinds of old
contraptions from rusty musical instruments to yellow stained
postcards. There are 2 shelves packed haphazardly with dusty old
books, some dating back to the 1960s. I was lucky to have spotted
the 1985 Bus Guide. I tried to find other bus guides but gave up
after sneezing too many times. You could try your luck there. Happy
