As for ELBO, it is not zero step! Take a trip on these buses and you notice that there is a step at the exit!

What Tibs said about ELBO being zero step is only from entrance to the rear. They mentioned NOTHING about the exit.

Just for info,

Tibs RapidBus is no longer in existent. Now service services 700 / 700A are trunk services. If you notice, the double arrow ">>" are gone from the EDS.

It was mine and some pax fault.

Along Dunearn Road, sometimes 171 cannot cope with the demand. So, we initated to Tibs to let 700 to call at all stops to supplement 171.

It was rejected initally but came into action on 2003.

Also 162, was used to be a rapid service as well, skipping Thomson Road (Police Academy, Whitley Flyover), Upp Thomson Road, Newton Road)

CRB is "Crap,Rotten bus,Haa.Haa,Just kidding only.CRB is the model name for SBST Scania buses(N113CRB).You can see this buses mostly at Bedok,Tampines,Pasir ris and Toa payoh feeder buses. Laughing

That's what I think so too. In the past, the service only calls at selected stops, hence the name "RapidBus".

But the semi-express route of service 162 did cause inconvenience to passengers. Now service 162 can compete with service 167 between Upp Thomson Rd and Shenton Way.
