Outside Roxy Square 1, no need to cross the road.
You have to use the overhead bridge near block 87 Marine Parade
Central (near the bus stop), enter into Level 3 of Roxy square 2,
walk to the back, open the exit door and enter into Roxy Square 1
Level 2, walk to the end, out of the door and you can see
escalators and stairs, get to Level 1 and you will see the bus stop
to your left when you face the road.
Hope it won't confuse you, or you can use your way.
