the HG Sth Int closure has nothing to do with NEL
rationalisation. The NEL rationalisation exercise has been fully
completed and moreover in past editions of the guide, the guide is
accurate as of 31 dec of the year before (i.e. for year 2000 guide,
it's accurate as of 31 dec 1999). And also, let me ask a question:
IF the HG Sth Int is scheduled to closed down in November instead,
does it mean Transitlink will put off the publishing of the guide
until the HG Sth Interchange closes downn and the buses there are
affected?
