office) for TIBS says:
- Svc 190 will use New Bridge Rd, (Upp Cross St), South Bridge Rd,
Kreta Ayer Rd, New Bridge Rd and New Bridge Rd Terminal.
- Svcs 851, 961 and 970 will use South Bridge Rd, Neil Rd before
going to either Kg Bahru Rd or Outram Rd.
it is jus like the NEL diversion i can say..
