do not expect any bus to use this soon.. probably an express service will ply between Toa Payoh and Tampines in 30 mins when it is finally extended to junction of Upp Paya Lebar Rd and Bartley Rd..

now could there be the possibility that Svc 23 will skip the pair of bus stop along Bedok North Rd (Blks 705/6014) to go to PIE via Kaki Bukit and Eunos Link instead?

I dont think so.. It's too long an amendment. The motive of Svc 23 is to bring the Tampines + TP + Bedok North ppl nearer and faster to Bendemeer/Rochor Corridor.
