that's to serve students from Outram Sec (Yoke Hill), imagine
for more than 20 years, Outramians have to walk for 400m from the
nearest bus stop along Outram Road to Chin Swee Road. it's a 12
minutes walk.
Alternatively, Outramians may walk up a flight of stairs (more than
100 steps), from nearest bus stop along Havelock Road. It's a 15
minutes tiring walk.
Ironically, many Outramians still overweights!
Would the change in Bus Service 174, results in more overweights
among Outramians?
